                Manufacturing Services Manager 

Position:

Shape the Engine That Keeps Our Factory Running

Are you passionate about turning complexity into simplicity? Do you thrive at the intersection of planning, logistics, customer service, procurement, and continuous improvement?

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and forward-thinking Manufacturing Services Manager to join our Tenerife factory and become a member of our Leadership Team.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end manufacturing services function, ensuring that demand, materials, inventory, production plans, and customer requirements come together seamlessly. You will be at the heart of our operation, connecting people, systems, and processes to deliver outstanding performance every day.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing services ecosystem operates as one integrated system, covering:

• Production and capacity planning


• Material requirements planning and procurement


• Inventory management and logistics


• Customer service


• New product launches and portfolio changes


• Strategic and annual business planning

Your mission is clear: ensure the right products are produced at the right time, with the right materials, at the right cost, while continuously driving improvements and eliminating losses.

• Lead and continuously improve manufacturing services processes to support business growth and operational excellence.


• Balance customer demand, production capacity, inventory, and material availability to ensure uninterrupted supply.


• Partner closely with factory teams, Iberia market colleagues, and global functions including Planning, GBS, and R&D.


• Drive automation, digitalization, and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce complexity.


• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment


• Strong background in supply chain, planning, logistics, or manufacturing services


• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex processes


• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or similar


• Strong SAP and IBP knowledge


• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills


• Experience in process improvement, automation, or digitalization


• Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
