• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the reliability of systems and services.
• Work on automating simple tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments and ensure smooth system operations.
• Learn and implement best practices in cloud infrastructure, automation, and security.
• Contribute to incident response processes and post-incident reviews.
• Document processes, issues, and solutions for knowledge sharing.

We expect that you have a B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent and bring with you between 6 months and 2 years of experience.

Must have:

• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar).

• Knowledge of Unix/Linux systems such as Red Hat, Ubuntu, or CentOS.

• Basic understanding of databases and web servers (e.g., MySQL, Apache, Nginx).

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS preferred: EC2, S3, RDS) is a plus.

• Awareness of version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment tools like Jenkins.

• Basic networking knowledge (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP).

Nice to have:

• Exposure to monitoring tools like Dynatrace.

• Basic understanding of security protocols (e.g., SSL/TLS).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Curious about learning and investigating new technologies.

☄️ Expected salary range 26.000 - 34.000 EUR gross per year, depending on knowledge and experience.

⚖️  Working model: Hybrid (twice a week at the office)
