Descripción del trabajo - Junior Customer Experience - Wholesale

Tus tareas

Own the data: keep order and stock data accurate and up to date across our systems — it's the foundation everything else runs on.
Track order-to-delivery: make sure the units Wholesale has sold are booked and being produced, and flag anything at risk before it becomes a problem.
Unlock revenue: think commercially — surface stock and reorder opportunities, spot what we can sell or ship more of, and turn data into ideas that grow the business.
Bridge the teams: connect Wholesale (Sales), Operations and Production so nothing falls through the cracks.
Clients & reporting: handle daily client requests and prepare the reports that keep the whole department on track.

What we're looking for

Highly structured and organised — you like order, checklists and clear processes.
Data-driven and detail-oriented, and confident with Excel / data tools.
A commercial, solutions-first mindset — you see problems as opportunities.
Creative and full of ideas — you'll help build and shape how the team works, not just keep it running.
Proactive and reliable, and energised by making things happen across teams.

Languages

Required: English and Spanish.
A plus: any additional language.
