About the Role
This is an in-house role within Greenpark, dedicated exclusively to supporting our pharmaceutical client. You will be fully embedded within the client team, working solely on their projects. This means you’ll collaborate closely with their teams, gain deep exposure to a global brand, and operate as an integrated part of their day-to-day organisation.
What You’ll Do
1. Email Production & Programming
Build and adapt emails using Knak - the primary email and landing page authoring tool; full training provided
Ensure all emails are responsive, accessible, and tested across devices and screen formats
Apply omnichannel tagging accurately as required
Additional proprietary tools will be used and may include, but not limited to;
Test materials in Salesforce Sandbox together with brand teams, and publish to production; full training provided
Deploy emails and content to production via Veeva Vault, the client’s content and data management platform; full training provided
2. Content & Asset Management
Manage content and assets across local digital platforms, ensuring alignment and coherence across brands
Maintain version control and file organisation across active projects
3. Quality Assurance
Proof and review all deliverables before submission, checking for accuracy, brand compliance, and technical correctness
Apply usability and accessibility standards, including responsiveness across devices, readability, and formatting
Flag issues early and escalate where resolution requires senior input
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with local brand and cross-functional teams on the end-to-end creation of emails and newsletters for healthcare professionals, including simple design and email layout, internal approval, and omnichannel tagging
Collaborate with the Global Omnichannel Delivery team, Marketing Company Stakeholders, and Market Innovation and Business Excellence teams
Liaise with Preferred Partner Suppliers on occasion as directed
Participate in project meetings to help identify upcoming production needs
5. Compliance & Standards
Demonstrate understanding and consistent application of all relevant policies, procedures, and operational frameworks
Ensure all content meets internal approval requirements before delivery
Adhere to pharmaceutical and healthcare industry compliance standards where applicable
About You
Bachelor’s Degree in related design or marketing discipline alternatively in the areas of computer science or information systems.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and negotiating skills
Solid communication skills. Native Spanish and oral and written fluency in Business English
Managing and driving innovation and continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
HTML/CMS/JS knowledge
Experience with email authoring tools such as Knak (or similar)
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles
Experience with CMS or digital content platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Curious and open to learning new tools and ways of working
Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is advantageous but not essential
