Role Purpose Statement         


 


Support the execution of refined oils trading activities by contributing to sales performance, managing customer relationships, gathering market intelligence, and supporting purchasing and risk management to achieve budget, growth, and profitability targets.


           


           


           


Main Accountabilities 


 


Sales & Budget Management


 



  • Support delivery of sales budgets (refined, crude, by-products) by geography, customer, and product

  • Monitor monthly performance and report deviations in volume and contribution


 


 


Customer Management & Business Development


 



  • Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key customers

  • Conduct regular customer visits and provide commercial advice

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand portfolio


 


 


Trading Support & Contract Execution


 



  • Support purchasing activities and risk position management

  • Ensure proper contract execution, including backlog management and negotiation of financing charges


 


 


Financial & Working Capital Management


 



  • Monitor receivables and support working capital optimization

  • Contribute to improving ROIC through financial discipline and use of available tools


 


 


 


Market Intelligence & Cross-Functional Coordination


 



  • Collect and analyze market information for competitive positioning and decision-making

  • Participate in S&ND processes and internal coordination (industrial, quality, supply chain)

  • Support capacity and margin optimization across refineries and value chains


 


           


           


Knowledge & Skills    


 



  • Use knowledge of Bunge’s business, structure and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems.

  • Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment, foster talent and coach others to grow in current or future roles..

  • Drive results through high standards, focus on key priorities, organization, and preparing others for change.

  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills

  • Commercial and market analysis capability

  • Understanding of trading, contracts, and risk management


                       


           



  • Education & Experience "University degree in Business, Agricultural Sciences, or similar

  • Experience in B2B sales within the food industry (oils or additives preferred)

  • Fluent Spanish and English (French/Catalan are a plus)

  • Driving license
