KAM Fixed Wings (F/M/X) Ajalvir

At ITP Aero Ajalvir we are looking to incorporate a person into the KAM team.

The person who joins will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Customer focal point, liaison between customer and workshop to transfer customer requirements and provide full and clear information of engine repair from a technical, quality, time and cost point of view, providing customer satisfaction and total confidence in the company and process.

• Improve customer satisfaction by building trust in business relationships, providing quality and quick responses.

• Contract and agreement management, risk management, contract review.

• Preparation of repair cost estimates, ensuring the achievement of the company's internal objectives in terms of budgetary policy.

• Development of new business opportunities to improve ITP's position against competitors.

What profile are we looking for?

Education: Degree in Aeronautical Engineering desirable.

Knowledge and experience:

• Experience in developing a customer satisfaction program to boost loyalty.


• Financial management control of strategic accounts


• Experience in MRO processes and business.


• Project/Program Management


• Knowledge and experience in civil and military engines is an added value.

Soft Skills

Multidisciplinary teamwork.

Active communication with the client.

High English & High Spanish.
