Description -
Services & Solutions Business Analyst role is responsible for monitoring strategic KPIs and delivering proactive financial and business analysis to identify performance deviations and optimization opportunities. Moreover, leads the development of forecasting models to accurately project the P&L and owns the design and calculation of sales incentive and compensation mechanisms to drive services revenue growth
The LF Service business Analyst has critical role within the LF business management team, working closely with LF Business manager to drive business analysis, drawing conclusions that will result in specific business action plans to ensure we deliver on the Business KPIs. The LF service Analyst will be also involved in the preparation of reviews for senior management.
Key interfaces for this role are WW category teams (business management and product management), Market category, Market sales leaders, Finance, Supply Chain, and GBU.
The key functions under her/his responsibility include consolidating LF WW business performance and insights.
Drive/coordinate Large Format business cadence across:
• BOR/MOR
• SBTN narratives
• QBR/Deep dive analysis
• Market share consolidation
• WW Flash/judgment
• Forecast accuracy
• Quota proposal by market
• LTP/Budget
• Streamline LF processes/governance to be more agile
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong analytical Skills
Excellent in using Excel/analytical tools.
Excellent in managing multiple data/Databases.
Ability to simplify complex analysis
Extended experience in different business functions: current business management, product management, sales management
Extended experience in Print Business: OPS, MPS, HPS, LF
