Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the strategic marketing plans for those markets in which we offer our industrial products. The final objective of the Marketing Technician role is to provide the industrial sales teams with the adequate tools (traditional and digital) to support them in attracting new potential customers while retaining existing ones. In order to fulfil his/her duties, the Marketing Technician must be in constant contact and coordination with the rest of the functions encompassed within the Industrial Business Unit team. Actively contribute on building the optimal consumer brand digital communication experience, enhancing the brand positioning coherently along the time via adv campaign, raising brand awareness and always confronting with the market contest.
Developing brand and portfolio strategies transforming them in a robust and concrete marketing plan to ensure that: Products and services meet customer’s expectations/demand and are available on time. The brand credibility and awareness are built progressively with right activation in key consumer touchpoints (store, on line,media)
Coordinate all Marketing & Communication Activities within the Industrial Business Unit. Organization of events (trade shows, congresses, activities with customers, etc.), preparation of ad-hoc market researches, sales argument design, advertising definition and design, follow-up of associations, technical institutions and specialized publications, communication campaigns, merchandising, videos, manage relationship with suppliers, introduction of Marketing Purchase Orders in SAP.
Supporting Local Operative Marketing activities: countries Spain, Portugal, France and UK.
Responsible for website and social media LinkedIn posts, mailing campaigns, YouTube channel, website (including Google Analytics).
Responsible to prepare and control marketing budget Task: definition of Marketing budget and follow up on Marketing expenses.
General Education / Technical Skills: Marketing Degree, Business Degree or similar Degrees
Professional experience: Knowledge in B2B marketing. Background in similar sector is a plus.
Personnel Competences: Communication skills, Leadership skills, Proactive attitude, Digital skills, Organization skills, Teamwork skills.
Languages: Spanish, English, and other languages.
