Membership Relations Manager

As Member Relations Manager, you are the heartbeat of the hub, the person who knows everyone, connects the dots, and makes people feel like they truly belong. You build real relationships, spark conversations, and turn a shared space into a thriving community, both online and offline. You are visible, present, and trusted, whether that’s on the floor, at an event, or inside our digital community. This role exists to keep our members engaged, loyal, and excited to be part of something bigger. You lead a team, shape the community strategy, and give members a voice that actually gets heard. If people naturally gravitate towards you and you love bringing others together, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do 

• Build genuine relationships with members and actively connect them with each other 


• Be a constant presence on the floor, checking in, listening, and getting involved 


• Drive member loyalty and retention through standout experiences and personal attention 


• Manage and energize our digital community via the app 


• Gather feedback, read the room, and help shape the community strategy 


• Host member committees and turn insights into action 


• Handle tricky conversations with confidence and care 


• Lead and coach the Membership Hosts team 


• Bring global member programs to life at your hub 

What You’ll Have 

• You have at least 2 years of experience in community, hospitality, membership, or a people-facing role 


• You bring strong communication skills, written and spoken, in English and Spanish


• You connect easily with people and genuinely enjoy building relationships 


• You are confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking to groups 


• You stay calm under pressure and look for solutions, not problems 


• You prefer being on the floor over sitting behind a desk 


• You are flexible and happy to work evenings or weekends when the community is buzzing 


• You are based in Barcelona, and legally allowed to work in Spain
