Modern Workplace Engineer (Microsoft 365 & Intune)

As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and evolving our global digital workplace environment.

You will own and optimize Microsoft 365 and endpoint management services, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that enhance productivity across our international organization.

This role combines technical expertise, engineering mindset, and global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint environments

• Drive device management, security policies, and automation

• Lead endpoint strategy (Autopilot, lifecycle, compliance)

• Troubleshoot complex issues and improve global IT services

• Work cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Cloud teams

Your Profile

• 5+ years in IT, focusing on Modern Workplace / EUC

• Strong experience with Intune, M365, Azure AD (Entra)

• Knowledge of endpoint management, MDM/MAM, security best practices

• Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable in global environments
