What is a day like at CONVOTIS Iberia?

Your workday is flexible, allowing you to adjust your schedule within a certain range according to your needs. If you work extra hours one day or need to leave earlier for personal reasons, you can easily balance it out on another day. In addition, you can choose whether to work from the office or from home.

At the office, you'll find coffee, sweets, and a foosball table to relax and enjoy quality time with your colleagues. We also offer private health insurance and flexible compensation benefits.

Throughout the year, you can take part in internal events, outdoor activities, team-building days, and padel matches. We want you to enjoy your time with us and take your holidays when you need them, always supported by a close-knit and collaborative team.

When it comes to professional development, we actively support your growth. You'll have access to training programs, English classes, and professional certifications. We value continuous learning and encourage you to pursue your career aspirations.

All of this is part of our #CONVOTISLife philosophy. We grow together.
