At Foundever, we are looking for Norwegian & English Customer Support Agents to join an on-site project in Seville, supporting a leading company specialized in electronic device warranties and insurance. This is a great opportunity to work in a stable, multicultural workplace, develop your skills, and grow with a global company. Your role You will be responsible for: Managing warranty and insurance coverage for electronic devices. Handling customer incidents, questions, and claims with empathy and accuracy. Providing high-quality service in Norwegian, using English as a working language. Ensuring a positive and professional customer experience at every interaction. ¿ What we offer Temporary contract of 4 months with real possibilities of continuity. Hybrid work option: after the nesting phase and once campaign KPIs are achieved, the role offers the possibility to work up to 50% remotely Presential position in Seville within a modern, professional office. Paid training, delivered online and fully included in the contract. 39 hours per week, 5 working days: - Monday to Friday: 12:05 – 20:05 - Saturdays: 9:00 – 17:00 (only 2 Saturdays per month). 22,000 € gross per year. What we are looking for Native or bilingual Norwegian level. Advanced English level (minimum B2). Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
