Order Entry - Sales Order administrator (French)

We are hiring for a temporary role in our site in Tarragona an Order Entry administrative. The main function of the position is the introduction into the computer system of our customers' orders, ensuring the quality of the information provided to the system and minimizing errors.

Once the order has been entered into the system, the different areas involved, as well as the invoicing department, must be informed.

Occasionally you may replace the functions of a customer care representative and/or support some of the tasks carried out by this team.

Qualifications: 

- You have a professional training in administrative field or equivalent

- You must be fluent in French & English and have at least a basic level of Spanish 

- You have ability to work in detail and strong organisational skills 

- You are fast and accurate at data entry

- You have an adaptable and teamwork mindset
