Partner Success Manager

As a Partner Success Manager, you will support the Chains team and manage relationships with key chain partners. Working alongside Strategic Account Managers and under the direction of the Director of Chains, you will optimize rates and availability, identify growth opportunities, deliver excellent partner service, and ensure Dynamic Inventory is seamlessly available across our Points of Sale.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong operational background in travel connectivity and a commercial mindset, supporting the integration of new products with channel managers and switch partners.

Key responsibilities

- Commercial delivery: Deliver commercial objectives aligned with the chains partnership roadmap.

- Chain relationship management: Build strong relationships with Chain partners and optimize partnerships at Destination, Region and Global level.

- Connectivity & quality control: Work with Connectivity, Strategic Account Managers and Chains to ensure hotels are connected, resolve queries and maintain quality.

- Trend analysis & roadmap: Analyse chain performance and trends to build partner roadmaps and improve results.

- Property audit & competitiveness: Ensure properties are live and bookable, audit setups, maintain pricing accuracy and monitor rate and promotion competitiveness.

- Production monitoring: Monitor daily, weekly and monthly production for connected hotels using relevant reports.

- Onboarding & training: Support new partner onboarding and provide training on our USPs, extranet tools and interfaces.

- QBR support: Assist Strategic Account Managers with analysis, reporting and presentations for QBRs with key Chain Partners.

- Contract mapping & review: Support the review, mapping and go-live of BAR contracts, liaising with relevant teams to ensure completion.

- Portfolio management: Manage a small portfolio of Chain suppliers as directed by the Line Manager, supporting wider business needs.
