Your Tasks

• Learning and Development: Oversee the delivery of learning programs and career paths to drive employee upskilling and professional growth.


• Talent Acquisition and Engagement: participate in recruitment strategies, ensuring an end-to-end seamless candidate experience and a compelling employer proposition and active Employer Branding.


• DEI & Culture: Implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies across the talent lifecycle.


• Tech & Optimization: Act as the technical Key User for HRIS platforms, ensuring process efficiency and data reliability.

Your Profile

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in People Development, with a focus on training, recruitment, and talent growth.


• Expert Execution: Proven ability to manage candidate journeys, Employer Branding initiatives, and DEI workflows.


• Technical Skills: Proficient with HRIS platforms (as Success Factors).


• Languages: Minimum B2.2 level in English and/or German.


• Education: University degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
