Descripción del trabajo - Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

To achieve this, we develop comprehensive SaaS solutions that create transparency and sustainable growth across the entire value chain, meet ESG requirements, and automate manual processes. As an experienced Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing our paid advertising accounts (primarily from the Google Ads universe) and planning, controlling and evaluating paid campaigns. This role requires a mix of creativity, routine and strategy to drive data-driven awareness of our SaaS offerings and maximise lead acquisition. 
  • Independent management of our paid advertising accounts, which specialise in the different regions in which we operate  
  • Planning and managing campaigns, mainly Google Ads  
  • Continuously monitor, analyse and evaluate the performance of campaigns, depending on KPIs  
  • Optimisation of existing campaigns and development of new campaigns and strategies  
  • Controling of the available ads budget in alignment with the performance ads strategy  
  • Regular creation of performance reports and deriving recommendations for campaign optimisation  
  • Monitoring online marketing trends in the area of paid advertising so that you are always aware of the latest trends and can use them effectively for us  
  • Developing creative approaches to increase visibility and reach as well as lead generation 
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing/communications or business administration or comparable (commercial) training or relevant professional experience. 
  • At least 3 years of practical experience in managing paid advertising accounts, especially Google Ads  
  • Analytical thinking is in your blood and you can understand and interpret complex data.  
  • You have strong communication skills and teamwork is important to you  
  • You think strategically and goal-oriented and structure your everyday work independently  
  • You are confident in dealing with numbers and statistics  
  • You are passionate about online marketing and are always looking for new insights and innovations.  
  • You know the facts about advertising algorithms and always keep yourself up to date  
  • You have experience in the SaaS or tech startup environment and especially in the B2B sector.  
  • You think strategically and goal-oriented and structure your everyday work independently  
  • You are native level fluent in German and business proficient in English, other languages are a plus!
