Requirements

• Languages: Native or fluent Portuguese (C1) and proficient English (B2).
• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Spain.
• Experience: Previous background in hospitality, customer service, or financial services is a strong plus.
• Tech Skills: Tech-savvy with familiarity in Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for customer experience.
