What You Can Expect:

Receive boarding instructions via email, telephone or through the commercial team.
Coordinate the collection and loading of goods.
Coordinate with the National Department, Distribution, TIR and / or warehouse the arrival of the merchandise to our facilities if necessary.
Check the quote made by the sales team.
Make the booking with the shipping company.
Prepare and/or review the BL (House and Master).
Prepare documentation for customs clearance.
Prepare special documentation depending on the type of merchandise to be exported (IMO, ADR, certificate of origin, etc.).

What You Bring:

CFGS in International Trade, Transport and Logistics or related.
Minimum experience of 3 years in freight forwarding.
Ability to balance operational priorities with business imperatives.
Knowledge and courses related to ADR, IATA, IMDG.
Outgoing personality and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.
Ability to communicate well in written and spoken English.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to listen carefully to the customer and understand customer requirements.
Ability to respond to the customer with a winning service offering.
