What You Can Expect:

  • Receive boarding instructions via email, telephone or through the commercial team.
  • Coordinate the collection and loading of goods.
  • Coordinate with the National Department, Distribution, TIR and / or warehouse the arrival of the merchandise to our facilities if necessary.
  • Check the quote made by the sales team.
  • Make the booking with the shipping company.
  • Prepare and/or review the BL (House and Master).
  • Prepare documentation for customs clearance.
  • Prepare special documentation depending on the type of merchandise to be exported (IMO, ADR, certificate of origin, etc.).

What You Bring:

  • CFGS in International Trade, Transport and Logistics or related.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in freight forwarding.
  • Ability to balance operational priorities with business imperatives.
  • Knowledge and courses related to ADR, IATA, IMDG.
  • Outgoing personality and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.
  • Ability to communicate well in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to listen carefully to the customer and understand customer requirements.
  • Ability to respond to the customer with a winning service offering.
