Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Spanish through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and enhance service quality.
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and industry best practices to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation costs will be fully covered by the company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is beneficial.
