Rental Property Manager (Marbella)

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for short term luxury rentals to work in the greater Marbella area.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the Marbella area and rental market.
  


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  


• Ability to work on own initiative.
  


• Speak English and Spanish with other languages being advantageous.
  


• Must have a legal driving license and own car.
  


• Have a professional appearance and persona.
  

Responsibilities

• Have experience of managing a luxury rental portfolio preferably in the Marbella area.
  


• Experienced in dealing with rental enquiries in a professional manner.
  


• Experienced in Identifying and listing new properties.
  


• Maintain an excellent relationship with property owners and tenants.
  


• Prepare and negotiate rental contracts.
  


• Prepare reports on rental activities.
