About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated German-Speaking Sales Executive to join an international sales team in Barcelona and support the growth of a leading global company in AI and digital advertising. You will own new-business acquisition across inbound and outbound channels, from first contact and qualification through negotiation and closing.

This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys prospecting, understands digital marketing, and combines curiosity with a consultative, customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage B2B prospects through cold calling, email, social selling, and inbound leads

Generate qualified opportunities and build a healthy, consistent sales pipeline

Conduct needs analysis and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions aligned with client goals

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing

Build relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers

Achieve and exceed individual revenue and activity targets

Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunity, and client data in Salesforce or similar CRM systems

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and Customer Success handover

Identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

German C1 and English B2

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience

Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead qualification, and new-client acquisition

Strong digital marketing knowledge, including PPC, SEO, online advertising, or related ecosystems

Confident communication and negotiation skills, including interaction with senior decision-makers

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools

Ability to independently identify and prospect potential clients

Strong revenue- and target-driven mindset

Organized, proactive, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment

Preferred Qualifications

Consultative or solution-based selling experience

Knowledge of AI, AdTech, SaaS, or digital advertising platforms

Experience working with high-potential B2B clients

Strong ability to translate customer needs into relevant commercial solutions

Previous experience with upselling and cross-selling
