We are now seeking a Sales Partner in Spain to help shape our sales strategy for Netflix in Spain.\n\nAs the Sales Partner in Spain, you will be responsible for the execution of the agency\u0027s sales strategy for Spain. You will work closely with the senior-level account director, account planning stakeholders, traders, and investment directors with our Agency partners. You will also start a strong relationship with the advertisers to evangelise the use of Netflix at a major Agency group and build key client relationships. \n\nYou will be accountable for delivering revenue targets by leveraging Netflix\u0027s unique audience insights and premium content offerings. You will work closely with our Measurement Leads to develop the best-in-class measurement solutions to meet our Clients\u2019 needs. The role will also be a focal point for driving the necessary internal developments to ensure our success. Cross-functional collaboration with Account Managers, Ad Product, Marketing, Content and Partnership Development teams will be crucial.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and a track record of delivering revenue growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Develop and execute agency-focused sales for Spain to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations\n\n * Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies to secure ad partnerships and drive revenue growth\n\n * Develop long-term relationships with key clients within those portfolios\n\n * Develop sales strategies and plans for the assigned Account portfolio \n\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns\n\n * Leverage Netflix\u0027s unique audience insights and premium content offerings to drive revenue growth\n\n * Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify opportunities for innovation\n\n\n\n\nWe\u2019re Looking for:\n\n * Approx. 8+ years of experience in media sales with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth\n\n * English and Spanish language skills \n\n * Experience in programmatic required \n\n * TV and digital advertising is preferred\n\n * Strong knowledge of marketing objectives\n\n * Ability to move easily from strategic thinking to operational tasks\n\n * Deep understanding of the Media Agencies/Holding Companies \n\n * Strong analytical capabilities\n\n * Excellent communication and presentation skills\n\n * Ability to work effectively and collaboratively, cross\u2010functionally\n\n * A passion for entertainment\n\n\n\n\nInclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates.
