SAP ABAP HCM Developer (m/f/d)

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, developing, optimizing, and integrating our SAP HCM solutions to meet clients' needs. Key responsibilities:

• Configure, Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs for the HCM module.


• Implement improvements and optimize SAP processes.


• Analyze requirements and design technical solutions.


• Develop reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements for the HCM module.


• Document developments and conduct technical testing.


• Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to implement effective solutions.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABAP development for the HCM module.


• Experience with ALV reports, SmartForms, Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits.


• Advanced English speaker and fluent in Spanish.


• Knowledge of integration with other systems using IDOCs and Web Services.


• Experience in debugging and optimizing ABAP code.
