Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

Data analysis of the fruit quality in the intake for internal and grower feedback
Responsible for the coordination and active participation in all the internal meetings related with quality and other issues that are related to growers’ performance
Feedback from customer’s claims
Inform the growers for preventive or corrective measures in order to improve quality, strong alignment with Agronomy team
Support and following the implementation in the growers of the new genetics in the quality fruit perspective
Support any pilots related to the introduction of the new pack types or new specifications in the growers

Focus on the new efficient solutions to implement in the harvest process

Ensure a good system of reporting and KPIs for the QA service

Support DEMEA Quality related projects (for ex: sweet spot or Organic, Zero residue)

Any other task assigned by management, which is considered to be within the scope of the post holder
