The Corporate Finance team serves as a trusted advisor to the company, informing and guiding critical C-level decisions through insightful analyses & thought partnership. We are looking for a bright, driven individual who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and support our team in making sound recommendations that will allow the company to scale.

Reporting to the CEO, this is a highly visible and key leadership role that is cross-functional in nature and requires collaboration across all Finance, Operations & Strategy functional teams. You will lead a powerhouse team of two/three professionals that will lead long term finance projects, relationships with debt providers, ; present key Operating & Financial metrics to various executive team members; collaborate on the monthly forecasting process; take on high-profile strategic projects for the CEO, and other key decision-makers.

What we’d like you to do

Financial Accounting & Advisory: Own the accuracy and integrity of financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accruals, and bank reconciliations. Provide accounting guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders on complex accounting matters.

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Analyze financial performance, identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities, and present actionable insights to management to support decision-making.

Compliance, Controls & Audit: Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies. Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes, proactively identifying areas for optimization. Coordinate and lead relationships with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings.

Business Partnering, Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with Finance and business leaders in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning. Perform detailed variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.

Process Improvement & Systems: Act as a key user for SAP and other finance systems, driving process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support system implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, Operations, and Commercial departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Mentor junior accounting team members, sharing best practices and supporting their professional development.

Additional Responsibilities: Lead or participate in special finance projects, including tax compliance, statutory reporting, payroll oversight, intercompany transactions, and M&A or integration activities where applicable. Provide expert financial support for strategic business initiatives.

What we’d like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 5+ years of professional experience in accounting, audit, or financial consulting, ideally within an international environment.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS preferred) and local statutory requirements.


• Advanced experience working with SAP and Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting and BI tools is a plus.


• Professional proficiency in English (C1 or higher).


• Proven ability to analyze complex financial information and translate it into business recommendations.


• Experience managing audits, financial reporting cycles, and compliance requirements.


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence non-finance audiences.


• Demonstrated experience improving financial processes and internal controls.


• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


• Collaborative mindset with experience mentoring junior team members and working across multicultural teams.
