Theis solution enables games to interact with on -chain assets easily and programmably, allowing for faster launches, adaptability as they grow, and automation of workflows to increase efficiency.

They are opening an Senior Backend/Devops Engineer role in Barcelona (Spain) on a permanent basis.

As the Senior Backend/Devops Engineer, you’ll be working with Infrastructure/Cloud Engineering and Backend development that will process millions API requests monthly. You'll partner with the team to help make key architectural decisions, iterate on the product roadmap, own product decisions, and architect & build the company's foundational tech platform.

MISSIONS :

Architect, develop, and execute on our technology roadmap, transitioning from early -stage prototypes to scalable and resilient full -scale production backend services.
Collaborate with cross -functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and the company's overarching strategy.
Integrate with web3 technologies and protocols, emphasizing secure connections, data flow, and adaptability to the evolving needs of the business and market trends.
Grow the company's culture through mentorship and recruiting.

Profil

+4 years of Backend/Devops engineering experience (Engineer profile not a manager profile.
Solid TypeScript, databases, and cloud platforms development.
Cloud infrastructure Administration in GCP, Virtual Machines, CI/CD pipelines, RPC and nodes.
A passion for building tools to improve developer experience.

Nice to haves

Experience working with languages like Rust, C++ or C#

A passion for writing clean software and building - ideally side projects or even a company

Demonstrated achievements in competitive realms such as programming contests (e.g., ACM -ICPC, topcoder) or Capture -the -Flag events (e.g., CSAW, DEFCON).

Location : Barcelona

Salary : 120k USD (50/60k + equity package)
