About the role

At Officeworks, we're passionate about making bigger things happen for our customers, our team and our communities. We're looking for a Senior Brand Content & Influencer Specialist to help shape how our brand shows up across content, and creator and channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketer who lives and breathes content, understands the power of creator partnerships, and knows how to blend storytelling, culture, data and innovation to drive brand impact.

You'll help bring the Officeworks brand to life in meaningful ways that build awareness, engagement, community and commercial outcomes across owned content channels and creator collaborations across always-on and campaign activity

What you'll do

Working closely with the Brand Content & Influencer Manager, Brand Creative team and agency partners, you'll help shape and deliver an integrated content and influencer program that connects with our customers and supports our business goals.

You'll:

• Bring content and influencer programs to life across key campaigns, trade moments and always-on activity.


• Manage the day-to-day delivery of Officeworks' content ecosystem, Noteworthy (digital content platform), YouTube and other digital channels.


• Deliver creator and influencer partnerships from talent identification and briefing through to creative development, approvals, delivery and performance reporting.


• Collaborate across Marketing, Creative, Media, Commercial and agency teams to create engaging content that supports customer and business priorities and help ensure  the right content reaches the right audiences at the right time


• Use data, customer insights and emerging trends to optimise performance, identify new opportunities and help shape future content and influencer strategy.

About you

You're a content-first marketer who can help combine creative thinking with data insights and exceptional project management in short, you know how to turn great ideas into content that delivers brand outcomes, on time and on budget.

You'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience in content marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing or a related discipline.


• Strong experience delivering content programs across multiple digital channels, with a solid understanding of creator/influencer partnerships and content production.


• A genuine passion for creating content that is engaging and impactful.


• The ability to balance creative ideas with data and insights, using performance to continuously improve.


• Exceptional stakeholder and relationship-building skills, with experience working across agencies and multiple internal teams.


• Strong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to juggle priorities, move at pace and make things happen.


• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with a natural curiosity for emerging trends and technologies in content and marketing.
