Senior fullstack engineer

On
this occasion, we are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join
our Network Intelligence area. As a Future Connections Developer, you will be
part of a multidisciplinary team of Telco engineers and software developers in
charge of developing cross-platform applications for network optimisation
automation, performance monitoring and evaluation, data analytics and
visualisation using the latest data science techniques and software development
best practices.

We're
looking for someone who genuinely embraces AI-assisted development as a core
part of how they work — using tools like Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar to
design, build and ship faster — while still applying solid engineering
judgement to review, validate and take ownership of everything that goes into
production. This is not an entry-level profile: we need someone with real
hands-on experience who knows when to trust the AI and when to take the wheel.

As part of your role, you will…

Back-End

• Develop in Python,
  using libraries such as FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, and NumPy.
  
• Work with SQL and
  NoSQL databases.
  
• Use efficient
  architectures based on microservices and distributed systems using Docker,
  Kubernetes, Kafka, Linux, and AWS.
  

Front-End

• Develop modern
  components using TypeScript and ReactJS.
  
• Implement responsive
  and accessible interfaces with TailwindCSS.
  

Across the stack

• Use AI-assisted
  development tools (such as Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar) to enhance
  and accelerate code development, on both Back-End and Front-End.
  

You
will work in a collaborative, multivendor and multicustomer environment,
contributing to projects for major wireless operators in Spain and across
Europe. You'll operate within virtualised and cloud-based infrastructures (AWS,
Azure, GCP), and will have the freedom to propose new tools, frameworks or
methodologies to improve our applications. The position is based in Spain, and
thanks to our flexible working model, you can choose whether you prefer to work
fully remotely, in a hybrid format, or from the office.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience in software development
  
• Strong experience in
  Back-End development with Python, especially using frameworks such as
  FastAPI and Flask, and libraries like Pandas and NumPy
  
• Strong experience designing and integrating REST APIs, with familiarity with API contracts, authentication and service-to-service communication.
  
• Experience developing distributed, event-driven applications using technologies such as Kafka, asynchronous processing and microservice architectures.
  
• Proficient in TypeScript with experience developing Front-End applications using React.
  
• Experience working
  with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  
• Familiarity with
  cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  
• Knowledge of
  containerisation and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Solid, hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools across the full stack —
  able to prompt, review and validate AI-generated code with confidence.
  
• Familiarity with application monitoring, structured logging, metrics and distributed tracing in cloud-native environments.
  
• Experience implementing unit, integration, end-to-end and API contract testing to ensure software quality and maintainability.
  
• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
  

Nice to have

• Familiarity with mobile network KPIs, alarms, OSS concepts and 4G/5G network data structures.
