Senior QA engineer

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team, focused
on safeguarding software quality through testing, automation and robust QA
processes. This is a senior, hands-on position: you will define the QA approach
that different projects need and take ownership of implementing it yourself,
acting as the go-to reference for quality across the teams you support.

What you will work on:

·       Provide QA support across different projects,
defining the right testing procedures and implementing the tests each one
needs.

·       Define test strategies and plans for products or
projects.

·       Lead test automation and its integration into
CI/CD.

·       Drive quality metrics and continuous
improvement.

·       Contribute to technical scoping and client proposals..

Requirements

•  5+ years of professional experience
  
• Experience in software testing (manual and automated)
  
• Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, pytest or
  similar)
  
• Strong experience testing REST APIs, microservices and
  service-to-service integrations, including API contracts and asynchronous
  workflows.
  
• Experience testing distributed and event-driven systems, including
  Kafka-based workflows, asynchronous processing, retries, failure scenarios and
  service dependencies.
  
• Hands-on experience with load, stress and endurance testing for
  high-volume data ingestion, APIs and distributed services.
  
• Experience validating ETL/data pipelines, data transformations, data
  consistency, completeness and accuracy across large datasets.
  
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and QA best practices
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD and version control
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• English level B2+
  

• Experience with performance and load testing tools
  
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
  
• Programming skills (Python, Java or JavaScript)
  
• ​Familiarity with mobile
  network KPIs, alarms, OSS concepts and 4G/5G network data structures.
