Senior Sales Leader - Financial Industry - Smaragd

  Your tasks :

  Your primary responsibilities will be new customer acquisition for Smaragd.AI, our leading AI-powered compliance suite that helps financial institutions and regulated entities fight financial crime, mitigate risk, and meet evolving regulatory requirements – all quickly and accurately. From real-time monitoring to automatic risk assessment, Smaragd.AI provides visibility and control in a scalable platform.

  In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Vice President for Software Solutions at GFT 

  
  

• 
  

  You will actively acquire new customers with a focus on our home market in DACH, as well as driving acquisition together with international colleagues in the GFT countries across the world. 

  
  

• 
  

  You will manage and lead interdisciplinary teams for the successful acquisition of new customers. 

  
  

• 
  

  You will support the positioning of our software solutions and our competencies in the market around AFC/AML, Compliance, Data & AI as GFT's core competence. 

  
  

• 
  

  You will support the Product Management for Smaragd with the identification of future topics that are relevant for your prospective customers, especially in the areas of banking and insurance 

  
  

What you bring to the table:

• 
  

  Relevant experience in the successful sale of sophisticated software solutions to new customers in DACH and abroad, especially in the banking, insurance and/or industrial sectors. 

  
  

• 
  

  High level of self-motivation and interest in driving new topics. 

  
  

• 
  

  College or university degree in fields such as computer science or business administration. We also love career changers and returnees who, in addition to many years of sales success, also bring other perspectives and experience! 

  
  

• 
  

  Confident dealings with stakeholders and the client's senior management 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong networking skills both internally and externally. 

  
  

• 
  

  Fluent in English 

  
  

• 
  

  And very good in either German, Spanish or Portuguese will be a big plus.
