Responsibilities

• Interact with Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat to establish and maintain positive relationships.

• Effectively manage and resolve client concerns to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system for comprehensive tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client relations strategies.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on client needs.
• Remain updated on company offerings and industry trends to relay relevant information to clients.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in client relations, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and standard computer applications.
