Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email in Spanish, delivering accurate information about products and services.
• Assist with order management, account inquiries, and general customer support issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions or escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all email interactions within the CRM system for tracking purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of information and enhance customer service quality.
• Identify recurring issues in customer inquiries and suggest process improvements to the management.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide reliable assistance to clients.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in email support or a customer service role is highly preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage customer inquiries effectively.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with CRM software and email management tools is advantageous.
