Workster is partnering with Greece’s biggest tech company to find Spanish-speaking Customer Support Experts to work for the world’s largest social media platform, based in Athens. ✈️

This role comes with free relocation to Greece - including your flight, a few weeks in a hotel, and help finding a long-term place to stay.

Your Role

Support customers via phone, chat, or email, making sure every interaction is positive.
Listen carefully to customer needs and offer fast, accurate, and friendly solutions.
Handle questions about products, services, accounts, or orders.
Stay up to date with company processes to ensure consistent service.
Work with other teams when needed to solve more complex issues.
Log all interactions in the system and follow up when necessary.
Spot areas for improvement and share ideas to make the customer experience even better.
