Your Tasks

• You encourage the individual strengths of your employees and actively support them in achieving their career goals.


• You search and find the right candidates to successfully enable the growth of STACKIT.


• You are responsible for the design, development, provision, and operation of our Data & AI products and are significantly involved in the creation and validation of system designs and the operational performance of the services.


• You conduct code reviews, thereby ensuring that the code meets our requirements regarding scalability, maintainability, and correctness.


• You have a comprehensive understanding of your customers' needs, are responsible for the technical vision of the product, and are significantly involved in the roadmap.

Your Profile

• You are a Servant Leader with a passion for guiding people on their path and supporting them according to their individual needs.


• You have the necessary skills to always maintain an overview, even in a fast-paced, complex environment. Even with various, competing priorities, you keep an eye on the big picture and manage to deliver the best possible results.


• You have several years of experience in the development and implementation of software products with Golang and Kubernetes.


• You possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.


• You ideally have experience in the development, architecture, and operation of Cloud Services.


• A strong team spirit and the ability to communicate effectively across functions are natural for you.


• You are business fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
