Supply Planning Excellence Manager \nLocation: Barcelona, Spain\n\n \nWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Supply Chain Planning Expert to join our Planning Center and drive supply excellence across the supply area.\n\nThe role involves optimizing and streamlining planning processes, driving digital transformation, and leading continuous improvement initiatives, while actively contributing to the evolution of Planning Excellence at dsm firmenich. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. \n\nYour key responsibilities\n\n \n\u2022 Member of the Planning Center of Excellence focused on Supply Planning: Material Planning, Capacity Planning and Inventory Planning. \n\u2022 Identify and drive the fundamental changes necessary to orient behavior of planning teams towards customer needs and ensure sustainable performance aligned with business requirements \n\u2022 Participate in the transformation of supply chain with agile, with a strong process culture \u0026 growth mindset in a continous improvement environment. \n\u2022 Partner with the business units to provide consultancy, translate the business needs into requirements. \n\u2022 Lead the implementation of Supply Planning Projects on all its phases, from active participation on the definition to define adoption PPI\u0027s. \n\u2022 Participate on the definition of process standards, benchmarking, ensure adoption and process auditing adding value as per his/her previous expertise. \n\u2022 Provide support to the different process on the center of excellence specially: material planning and capacity planning and to the Supply Planning Master Data and Planning Parameters definition.\n\nWe bring \n\n\u2022 Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world. \n\u2022 Deep dive into the Supply Chain industry. \n\u2022 Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities. \n\u2022 A culture that prioritizes safety and well-being, both physically and mentally; \n\u2022 Barrier-free communities within our organization where every employee is equally valued and respected regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity.\n\nYou bring\n\n \n\u2022 7+ years of demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain Planning, specially Material and Capacity Planning. \n\u2022 Strong capability for working in multinational, multicultural, inter-departmental teams. \n\u2022 Exensive project management skills in succesull planning implementations. \n\u2022 Excellent communication skills in English are essential for success in this role, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly.
