- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of corporate and technical positions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, industry communities and referral programmes.
- Deliver structured and consistent selection process to ensure fair and high-quality hiring decisions.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate effective hiring discussions with stakeholders.
- Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and promote best hiring practices.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring efficiency.
- Hiring and onboarding
- Drive international hiring activities and employee mobility processes across our European operations.
- Coordinate employment compliance requirements for international assignments, including posted worker registrations, A1 certificates, local employment notifications, tax and employment documentation, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth and positive offer and hiring process.
- Partner with the People team and managers to deliver structured onboarding experiences, contributing to early employee engagement and successful integration into the business.
- Lead global mobility framework that ensures compliance with local employment regulation and provides a consistent employee experience.
- Employer Branding
- Contribute to positioning the company as an employer of choice within our industry.
- Create and coordinate employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, careers platforms and professional communities.
- Continuously enhance the candidate experience across every stage of the recruitment journey.
- Talent analytics
- Track and analyse recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, source effectiveness and candidate experience.
- Use recruitment data to identify trends and recommends improvements.
