Talent Acquisition Specialist | Fixed-Term Contract (1 year)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bunge, you will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (CoE). Based in Barcelona, you will support recruitment activities across Southern Europe, including our headquarters in Sant Just Desvern as well as operations in Barcelona, Bilbao, Cartagena, France, and Italy.

In this role, you will contribute to local, regional, and global initiatives, working closely with a diverse and international team.

What You Will Do

You will deliver a full-cycle recruitment experience, partnering with candidates, HR colleagues, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and high-quality hiring process.

Beyond daily recruitment activities, you will also:

• Support the design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects, processes, and systems


• Contribute to continuous optimization of hiring practices, aligned with business needs and industry best practices


• Get exposure to a wide range of functions, including middle office, audit, supply chain, finance, and engineering


• Collaborate with a high-performing international HR team, gaining visibility across the organization

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house Talent Acquisition)


• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus


• Experience with SuccessFactors is advantageous


• Strong interest in working across multiple countries and cultures
