Tax Provision & Reporting Operations Senior Analyst

We are looking for a Tax Provision  & Reporting Operations Senior Analyst to be part of our Tax Operations departament

The role:  

The purpose of this position is to support the global tax provision process and tax transparency reporting activities for the group. General responsibilities include extracting and consolidating tax reporting data, preparing summaries and variance analyses, reviewing quarterly and annual tax reporting outputs in line with IAS 12, Nestlé Accounting Standards and IFRS, and liaising with markets to clarify inputs and resolve data quality issues. In partnership with the Tax Provision and Reporting Lead, this individual will support markets and CoC members on tax accounting and reporting matters, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and assist in ensuring compliance with internal controls and Group Tax Strategy. 

What you’ll do:  

• Extract and consolidate tax reporting data from relevant systems for provision, Return to Accrual, and TBBS processes.


• Prepare summaries, key movements, variance analysis, and KPIs to monitor reporting quality and performance across markets.


• Review quarterly and annual tax reporting outputs, ensuring consistency with Nestlé Accounting Standards, IFRS, and IAS 12.


• Contact markets to clarify inputs, obtain missing information, and follow up on inconsistencies or data quality issues.


• Support markets on basic tax accounting and reporting matters, escalating complex technical topics when needed.


• Perform other tax reporting duties as assigned.

What will make you a great fit?  

• 5–8 years of experience in Tax Accounting, Tax Reporting, Corporate Tax, or Tax Advisory within a multinational company, Big 4 firm, or shared service/Center of Excellence environment. 


• Practical experience in deferred tax calculations and analysis.


• Experience preparing and reviewing tax provisions.


• Self-motivateed, team player and collaborative


• Analytical mindset


• Strong communication skills

Bonus Points If You:  

• Strong experience with IAS 12 and tax effect accounting


• Experience working with tax reporting technology and financial systems


• Knowledge in Tax Reporting & Analytics


• Detail oriented while also being a strategic thinker with a "can do" attitude
