Teaching Assistant (temporary)

ROLE SUMMARY:

King's College Soto de Viñuelas is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Temporary Teaching Assistant to support teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences. The successful candidate will work closely with students and staff, helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support teachers with the preparation and delivery of classroom activities.


• Provide individual and small-group support to students as directed by the teacher.


• Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and administrative tasks.


• Promote students’ wellbeing, engagement, and positive behaviour.


• Contribute to maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.


• A positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.


• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.


• A good level of English; additional languages are an advantage.
