Purpose of the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented specialist to support our Value Offer (VO) management team within the Perfume & Cosmetics category. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, focusing on the organization, coordination, and execution of promotional offers across various international markets. The specialist will support the core business and gain exposure to category management in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Database Management: Maintain and update databases related to Value Offer programs, including vendor details, assortment status, pricing updates, and promotional agreements.


• Coordination: Collaborate with the VO team, category managers, and external vendors to ensure timely submission of promotional materials and accurate tracking of nomination forms, approvals, and agreements.


• Scheduling: Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.


• Data Entry & Analysis: Enter promotional data into systems and tools, support data validation, and contribute to reporting processes.


• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams to resolve administrative inquiries related to Value Offers.


• Negotiation: Take a leading role in shaping and supporting negotiations for the design and execution of promotional plans and campaigns.

Person Profile

Experience & Skills

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Excellent communication skills, both in English and Spanish.


• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to learn about Perfume & Cosmetics.
