Treasury Specialist

DayOne is a global leader in high‑performance data centers with a strong and growing presence across Asia and Europe. As we continue expanding across EMEA, we’re looking for a hands-on Treasury Specialist to support our regional operations and growth.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Treasury Manager, the Treasury Specialist supports treasury operations across EMEA, ensuring efficient liquidity management, accurate reporting, and smooth execution of financing and banking activities. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-scaling international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Banking & Funding Support

• Coordinate with EMEA banking partners on account openings, mandates, documentation, and service requests.
• Prepare materials and data for financing activities, renewals, and sustainability-linked funding processes.
• Support bank account structure optimization across the region.

Cash & Liquidity

• Monitor daily EMEA cash positions and support internal cash pooling.
• Assist with intercompany funding transactions and working capital monitoring.
• Prepare cash status updates for regional and HQ stakeholders.

Risk & Controls

• Support tracking of FX exposures and interest rate risks relevant to EMEA entities.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and local regulatory requirements.

Forecasting & Reporting

• Prepare and consolidate short‑term and mid‑term cash forecasts.
• Track forecast accuracy and support reporting on liquidity, cash performance, and funding needs.

Systems & Process Improvement

• Support enhancements to the Treasury Management System and digital tools.
• Assist with process automation, account rationalization, and treasury workflows across EMEA.

Projects

• Contribute to regional treasury initiatives including new market entry, M&A support, and system integrations.
• Assist with sustainability‑linked financing reporting requirements.

Experience

• 6-10 years in corporate treasury, finance, or banking, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Hands‑on experience with cash management, forecasting, and treasury operations.
• Experience in infrastructure, real estate, data centers, or financial services is an advantage.
• Exposure to ESG or sustainability-linked financing beneficial.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• Strong Excel skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and financial analysis.
• Fluent English; additional EMEA languages (e.g., French, Spanish, German) are an advantage.
• Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross‑border environment.
• Professional certifications (CTP, ACCA, AMCT, etc.) are a plus.
