JUNIOR SALES ENGINEER, BARCELONA, SPAIN


Job description


 


Role Overview:
The main objective of this role is to support the Commercial Team in managing both internal and external sales activities, while ensuring effective coordination across functions and regions.


 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Drive all processes required to finalize customer offers, including costing follow-up, feasibility analysis, and participation in negotiations.

  • Support the FCSD (Service Parts) process.

  • Actively participate as a member of program teams, contributing to project activities and deliverables.

  • Support internal budgeting processes and maintain sales systems.

  • Coordinate with Sales teams across different regions to track progress on active programs and ensure alignment.


 


Development Perspective & Organization: This role is designed as a development opportunity with the potential to evolve into a Project Manager position, managing projects initially acquired through commercial activities.


The position may be shared with B. Caballero, providing support depending on workload and priorities. The role will involve close collaboration with customers such as Ford Spain and potentially Chery.


 


Profile


You are a highly motivated graduate from an Engineering School or University, with a strong interest in engineering and/or economics. As part of your academic journey, you have completed an international experience (e.g., one semester or a full year abroad), demonstrating adaptability and openness to different environments.


 


You are a proactive team player with an open mindset, strong organizational abilities, and effective time management skills. You are comfortable working with analytical tools such as Power BI and VBA, and you have a natural curiosity for improving industrial and manufacturing processes.


 


A first experience (internship or project) in the automotive sector would be considered an asset.


 


You are fluent in English and have a good command of Spanish.
