With Relocation Support Native Dutch Speaker Account Manager in Malaga

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete customer journey, from onboarding new clients to ensuring their continued satisfaction and engagement.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, deliver customized solutions, and foster customer loyalty.
• Work in partnership with sales, marketing, and support teams to improve the customer experience and optimize workflows.
• Track customer usage and engagement metrics to uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Perform regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure clients are achieving their desired results with our products.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide product enhancements and service improvements.

Requirements:

• Native Dutch speaker with a B2 level of proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management or account management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
