As our newest Customer Support & Tech Specialist, you’ll act as the empathetic problem solver for customers back in the Netherlands. From assisting with device installations to discussing exciting account updates, you will hold the keys to delivering a fantastic digital experience.

The Daily Breakdown

• Inbound Communications: Jump on calls, live web-chats, and emails to rescue Dutch customers facing connectivity puzzles. No dull outbound cold calling schedules here.
• The Tech Whisperer: Help users step-by-step with real-world troubleshooting—activating SIMs, walking them through mobile data settings, or getting their home TV box and high-speed routers online.
• Value Creation: Introduce smart, value-driven product updates and promotional extensions to existing customers. No prior sales experience needed—our premium paid training ensures you'll feel completely natural doing it.
• Operational Care: Maintain accurate database profiles to ensure our service pipeline runs flawlessly.

• Linguistic Skills: C2 or Native-level fluency in Dutch, with comfortable conversational skills in English (B1 or higher).
• The Energy: You possess a naturally warm, engaging phone voice, a proactive mindset, and a positive attitude that brightens up a room.
• Computer Savvy: You know your way around standard software interfaces, love finding solutions, and enjoy picking up new skills.
• Legal Readiness: A valid EU Passport or Spanish residency documentation is required to finalize your formal Spanish contract immediately.
• Schedule Commitment: Total comfort handling a rotational schedule within our operating windows (Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00, Weekends 09:00–17:30). Your availability is mandatory for Monday morning shifts, Friday evenings, 3 evenings weekly until 20:00, and 2 weekends monthly.

• Flexible Contract Options & Pay: Work full-time or enjoy more free time to explore Spain. We offer flexible contract sizes ranging from 32 to 39 hours per week, with a competitive base salary of up to €2,094 gross/month (plus an extra 15% performance bonus every single month to boost your bank account).
• Fully Paid Academy: 4 complete weeks of specialized on-site classroom learning, tech nesting, and personal coaching to get you certified and confident.
• The Hybrid Shift: Kick off your first 3 months bonding on-site with your team. Once you're fully up to speed, enjoy working up to 2–3 days per week from home.
• Career Fast Track: We love promoting internally. Transition rapidly into Quality Coaching, Corporate Training, or Team Leadership positions.
• Summer Relocation Cash & Support (July / August Arrivals):
