The role consists of driving the Global Channel Process of Management and Key Performance indicators within the GRO (Global Revenue Operations).
Responsible for WW Channel Governance & KPIs for Global Commercial Channel (GCCE) in close collaboration with 7 HP Markets , reporting into Global Commercial Channel (GCCE) Governance & Performance Leader.
The WW Channel Governance & KPI managers works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
She/he exercises significant independent judgment within area of responsibility to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support Market Channel Leaders, WW Channel Management leaders
- Drive Channel Governance process with Markets
- Publish Channel KPI in Reporting dashboards for L1 and L2 Management
- Drive analysis of Channel trends, executive storytelling.
- Align with GRO Data & Reporting, Enterprise Operations teams. Simplify, harmonize and streamline processes, data and timeline.
- Consolidate Market requirements on above topics, be Market advocates, present choice points to management for decision.
- Provide subject matter expert inputs to Channel Strategy team, represents Markets to the WW teams in the development of strategy & program changes.
- Advise COE/country stakeholders of local channel partner needs in the area of KPIs Programs and ensure an accurate flow of information between the local channel ecosystem and the COE.
- Identify/develop innovative/ breakthrough program metrics/benchmarks.
Education and Experience Required
- Broad experience of working routinely with Senior Executives (L2, L1 levels) and preparing executive-level financial analysis and communication
- Country and International (Market or Region) experience in Channel Sales, Commercial Channel, Distribution and Retail Management.
- Mastery of Channel KPIs (Sales, Inventory, Coverage, Productivity)
- Considered a plus: working knowledge of HP Systems: ChannelDNA, PSP, CSP, GTM360
- Experience of automation tools (Copilot Agents, PowerAutomate)
- 10+ years total experience, ideally in the IT industry.
- MBA highly desired, or advanced university degree. Master’s degree required.

- Cross Functional Management: Manages by influence and provides thought leadership to cross functional team and extended organization.
- Change Management' Develops methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization.
- Problem Solving- Approaches problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensures comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.
- Communication: Communicates effectively and can articulate HP Channel Strategy and vision both internally and externally.
