Apprentice Employee Communication – Perfumery & Beauty Strategy

Location: Barcelona, Spain

As Employee Communication Apprentice – Perfumery & Beauty Strategy, you will play a key role in bringing our P&B transformation and 2029 strategy to life for around 5,500 employees worldwide. With a strong focus on video and creative storytelling, you’ll turn strategy into engaging, impactful communication across channels and audiences. This is a unique opportunity to build hands‑on experience in global employee communications at the heart of a strategic transformation.

Your key responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging video content (leadership messages, testimonials, achievements, events, product launches) using approved tools and brand templates for internal use


• Develop storytelling content across formats: videos, written pieces, posts, and campaigns


• Design visual communication assets (presentations, visuals, graphics) aligned with internal corporate branding


• Support the execution of global employee communication campaigns, from concept to publication


• Contribute creative ideas to increase engagement across multi‑generational audiences


• Manage and publish content across internal channels (e.g. SharePoint, newsletters, Viva Engage)

You bring

• A background or strong interest in Communications, Audiovisual, Media or related fields


• Proven ability to create engaging video or animated content (portfolio or use case will be assessed)


• Experience with tools such as SharePoint, Clipchamp, Copilot, Canva, Vyond, Adobe Premier and/or Final Cut


• Confidence using AI and animation to scale and enhance content creation


• Excellent English communication skills (Spanish and/or French are a plus)


• Creativity, proactivity and the ability to work under pressure with short deadlines, while collaborating effectively with others
