About the company
Our client is a global leader in customer experience management and contact center services, delivering exceptional customer care in over 35 languages. What will you do?
-Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound campaigns
-Execute daily outbound calls and emails, including cold calling to decision-makers
-Qualify prospects, understand business needs, and align them with cloud solutions
-Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts
-Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Salesforce (CRM)
-Work towards individual and team KPIs, including pipeline and conversion targets
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer journey
-Document all customer interactions and opportunities clearly
Candidate profile
-C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English
-BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
-Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and account management
-Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and solution selling
-Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
