F&A AP Intern E&A

The F&A GBS - Accounting/Finance - Accounts Payable Intern will assist in Accounts Payable activities for the E&A and LA region. The position will be part of the Global Business Service (GBS) Center in the Barcelona area.

The individual may also be required to provide input to or participate in various projects and will perform other duties as requested. This role will report to the Accounts Payable Team Leader.

• Performing timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Investigating and resolving any invoice mismatches in the system or rejecting/returning invoices as per agreed procedure.
• Vendor statement, debit balance, and GR/IR reconciliations.
• Supporting not only the assigned region but also the overall AP function.
• Working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) objectives for the month.
• Tracking and supporting vendor and buyer queries within GBS SLAs.

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience is appreciated.
• Ability to speak and write English and Spanish fluently.
• Another language is a plus.
• SAP ERP experience is preferred (not mandatory).
• Excel and PowerPoint advanced knowledge.
