Marketing & Community Management Intern Social Media & Content Creation

EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for motivated candidates to join its teams as a Marketing & Community Management Intern – Social Media & Content Creation.

You will help promote EIC and engage its social media communities. You will create content that highlights candidate experiences, projects and community life.

International professional experience in Barcelona.

You will work in an international professional environment that values collaboration, initiative and learning through practical work. A supervisor will help you understand priorities and take on responsibilities as your skills develop.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content calendar: plan posts around campaigns and key moments.
• Creation: produce copy, visuals and short videos tailored to each platform.
• Community management: respond to comments and direct inquiries to the right team.
• Testimonials: collect personal experiences and prepare publication with the necessary permissions.
• Marketing: turn campaign messages into engaging social content.
• Analysis: track engagement, reach and inquiries generated by posts.
• Research: identify formats, topics and trends relevant to our audiences.
• Coordination: work with marketing, admissions and event teams.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• You are studying marketing, communications, media or content creation.
• You understand social media conventions and enjoy producing content.
• You use visual design or video editing tools, including for personal projects.
• You have strong writing skills and communicate thoughtfully with others.
• You are comfortable communicating in English. French is an asset for collaboration with French-speaking colleagues and audiences.
• You can work collaboratively, seek feedback and suggest practical improvements.
