A Day in the Life

As a Marketing Intern within the Cardiac Pacing Therapies (CPT) Operating Unit at Medtronic Western Europe, you will gain hands-on experience supporting marketing operations, project coordination, data analysis, and event execution. This internship offers the opportunity to learn from an international team, contribute to impactful healthcare initiatives, and develop practical skills in marketing and project management within a global leader in healthcare technology.

Internship Details:
•    Start date: 1st September 2026
•    Location: Madrid, Spain
•    Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6 months)
•    Working hours: 40 hours per week
•    Work model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
•    Internship agreement
 

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives for the Cardiac Pacing Therapies portfolio, including External Pacing (EPG).
•    Assist with market analysis, segmentation, and identification of growth opportunities to support commercial and marketing decisions.
•    Help prepare data analysis, reports, and presentations using internal datasets and tools such as Microsoft Excel.
•    Support the coordination and execution of key marketing and customer engagement events, including meetings, workshops, and internal summits.
•    Assist with marketing operations and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and other internal teams.
 

Required Knowledge and Skills:
•    Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Marketing, Healthcare, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
•    Fluency in English (minimum C1 fluent level) with strong communication skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•    Interest in project management and marketing operations.
•    Curiosity, willingness to learn, and strong collaboration skills.
 

Would be a plus:
•    Proficiency in an additional European language.
•    Experience using Salesforce or Power BI.
